In connection with implementation of decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On public procurements” No. 668 of 29 January 2002 and taking into account proposal of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan agreed with Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Justice:

1. Points 2, 3, 4 and 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 74s of 9 June 1996 and point 1 of the resolution No. 252s of 14 December 1999 shall be considered null and void.

2. This resolution takes effect from the day of its signing.
