In order to implement decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On public procurements” No. 668 of 29 January 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan HEREBY RESOLVES:

1. to replace words “(settlement of inventory, equipment, transport means and other issues through conducting of tender competitions) in fifth paragraph of article 2.1 of the “Provisions on regional working organ on application of project of establishing of model (exemplary) private agricultural enterprises” approved by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 168 of 2 December 1996 with words “(acquisition of inventory, equipment, transport means as well as settlement of other issues in this field in accordance with legislation on public procurement)”.

2. To replace words “on the basis of tender” in article 3.2 of “Provisions on use of means provided in article “costs associated with carrying out of economic reforms” of the State budget” approved by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 77 of 15 April 1998 with words “in accordance with legislation on public procurement”.

3. to replace word “tender” in fourth paragraph of article 2.3 of the “List and rules of documents to be provided for participation in privatization of state property” approved by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 32 of 2 February 2001 with word “competition”.

4. This decree takes effect from the day of its signing.
