In order to implement 5, 8 paragraphs of article 1 and paragraph 4 of article 2 of decree of Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On public procurements” No. 668 of 29 January 2002, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan HEREBY RESOLVES:

1. To approve "Rule of volume and application procedure of benefits" (attached).

2. To approve calculation method of impact of changes in prices of goods (works and services) to procurement contract (attached).

3. Amount of allocable parts in accordance with article 11.5 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On public procurements” shall be set as 250 (two hundred and fifty) million manat.

4. This decision takes effect from the day of its signing.
